Is there any possibility in Reaper to set a corresponding output for a video track? The idea is to get a USB to HDMI external video driver and use it as a separated screen output, but i would like to have a dedicated video driver set to a video track output in reaper - this way we could for instance add two different video screen and have different stuff run on them. We have good video editing professionals in our team, so editing wise this is not an issue - we just need the Reaper to handle the playback. We would be interested in using video to support our live performances instead of regular backdrops. This is going to be programmed directly to MIDI as well as using the DMSIS presets - bank per song. Next our plan is to hook up some light equipment in this session controlled via MIDI / DMXIS -unit to support our live light show. guitars, bass, the song itself, demo track etc. one stereo pair of choirs and backing vocals one stereo channel of sonic booms and other effectsġ group of backing vocals outputs (sent to FOH and inears, stereo) one stereo channel of intro's in the beginning/in between the songs count guideline, how many strikes drummer counts in for the bandġ group of main hd outputs (sent to FOH and inears, stereo) guideline track (song name, how many 10's of seconds until begin of show/song)

Those tracks obviously stay muted live.ġ group for click tracks (sent to one mono channel to inears) The session has even guitar and bass tracks whenever we (or i myself) happen to rehearse without bass or guitar(s). The big idea is to hit play once in the beginning of the show and let the project run by itself. Our gig session is consisted of 10+ stereo tracks all in one single Reaper session with all the necessary tempo changing markers, track markers etc., all tracks one after another, including intros, interludes, effect tracks, backing vocals, etc. Air is a rather low-power laptop, but so far our session runs on very minimal system resources. Of course the rack has all the necessary patch-in's, inear mixer, power interfaces etc. Our hardware is MacBook Air 11" with 1.7Ghz Sandy + 4G of RAM, M-Audio Profire 610 connected via Apple Thunderbolt/Firewire 800 adapter. Formerly i used Cubase only for my personal learning reasons (i'm a drummer), but now we're using Reaper and OSX to run HD backing tracks on our live shows. I recently 1 month ago went from Cubase 5 / Win7 environment to OSX / Reaper. I'm new on this forum and so i am with Reaper.
